Strong Care Connect (SCC) is a membership-based cash discount program designed to make healthcare services more affordable for patients paying out of pocket. SCC is NOT insurance, nor does it substitute for insurance coverage. It allows members to receive reduced-rate services from participating providers who agree to honor discounted cash prices.
Memberships
Membership is open to individuals and families.
A Family Membership includes the primary member, spouse, and dependent children under age 26 (or dependent students).
Plan Pricing
Coverage begins when annual membership fees are paid in full. Membership runs on a rolling 12 month.

- $15 per year
Important Note About HSA & FSA
Strong Care Connect is not an insurance company or medical provider. We are a membership program that gives families access to pre-negotiated cash-pay discounts at participating healthcare offices.
Because of this:

We do not process medical claims
We do not provide medical services

We do not bill insurance
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) only reimburse expenses when they are paid directly to a medical provider or processed through insurance.
Since Strong Care Connect is a discount membership, not a provider, our membership fee themself is not eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement.
However:

The actual medical services you receive (chiropractic visits, dental care, imaging, etc.) may still be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement when paid directly to the clinic, depending on your plan administrator.
We recommend checking with your HSA or FSA provider for specific eligibility rules.
